STEPHANIE SANDITZ is a writer/actor/filmmaker from BROKEN HEART, MISSOURI. Here home town is the subject of her feature film that won a Tribeca All Access Award for New Voices in Screenwriting and she hopes the project will be her directorial debut. She recently wrote HEATHEN, A Feminist/lesbian, Viking Epic based on the Vault Comic with Catherine Hardwicke (TWILIGHT) directing, Joey King (THE KISSING BOOTH) poised to star. Her Romantic MMA Feature, PERFECT ADDICTION for Constantin Films (RESIDENT EVIL) and WATTPAD is shooting right now with Kiana Madeira (Fear Street) Manu Bennet (LORD OF THE RINGS) and Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why). Stephanie is currently developing a feature film in the scope of WONDER WOMAN with DiNovi Pictures (HEATHERS) Lindy Goldstein (THE NUTCRACKER AND THE FOUR REALMS), and Margaret French Isaac(PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN). She also just wrote TALKING TOM, a live-action action-comedy in the vein of SONIC THE HEDGEHOG meets TED with Raja Gosnell (SMURFS) directing for Marla Studios (ASSASSINS CREED) and optioned her body-positive dance-comedy feature, DANCE PARTY to AGC Studios (MOONFALL) with Queen Latifah producing and starring. 

In TV, she sold an original comedy pilot, PYRAMID, to FX with Rob McElhenney (It's Always Sunny, Mythic Quest) Executive Producing. Then wrote, starred and produced her autobiographical pilot, THE HIGH LIFE pilot, starring opposite Amy Landecker, (Transparent), winning multiple awards at the Austin Film Festival, Hollywood Reel Independent, Dances With Films and Bentonville Film Festivals and is now developing it with SONY TriStarTV.  She has adapted over 9  books to features including GOD ON A HARLEY for Mimi Gitlin (THELMA AND LOUISE), erotic comedy BEAUTIFUL BASTARD for Lionsgate, and INFERNAL DEVICES, the prequel to the MORTAL INSTRUMENT SERIRES, that was distributed by Sony and Screengems. Before that she sold an original edgy dramedy pitch to ABC Signature with Mila Kunis and Orchard Farms Producing, and also wrote, produced and was the showrunner for the short form series Chat. Like. Love. to Dreamworks' AwesomenessTV.

Stephanie has performed in many series and films, and is the co-star of Amazon's, 37 PROBLEMS and the upcoming Netflix Feature, THE LIST starring opposite Halston Sage. She is the Co-creator of the Womxn's Hollywood Happy Hour with Lisa Ebersole , and an active organizer for Planned Parenthood, The ACLU, and The Ferguson/St. Louis Library Foundation that she started with Beau Willimon (House of Cards) and Jon Hamm (Mad Men). NYU Tisch School of The Arts Dean's Honors Scholar.  She is one of the first members of WMM and remembers acting with only 8 people in the room. And she has admired all involved ever since!
