Darrow’s first screenplay, Absolving Grace made Finalist and Semi-Finalist in various screenwriting competitions. He is currently working on his second screenplay, Reliance, based on the true story of his grandfather’s escape from Manila at the beginning of WWII. His first play, Missing Tonto was produced both in L.A. and in NYC. Darrow moved back to L.A. in 2008 after spending ten years in NYC where he co-founded Aboutstage, a theatre company dedicated to Global Queer Theatre. Darrow graduated from CalArts with an MFA in performance and has extensive stage experience in both California and New York. He also starred in two independent films, Poker and Timepiece.
