Rebekah Sindoris is an experienced producer and line producer/UPM. She began her career at NBC4 News in her hometown of Washington DC, and then on sets of feature films. She has worked on projects with Oscar Award Winning directors Curtis Hanson and Errol Morris, and with many established writers, DPs, and crew.
A born and bread East Coaster, she’s a straightforward gal, and not often at a loss for words. She earned her nickname “Wrongway Rebekah” while on the traveling documentary film “Paper Chasers” (IFC) for her terrible sense of direction.
As a LP/UPM, Sindoris is an admitted glutton for punishment. She is a natural mama bear, and lives for getting very little sleep. Having worked on docs, commercials, music videos, reality tv, shorts and features, she proudly admits indie film is where her heart lies. Over the last 12 years, her projects include VTwin TV (SPEED), Beyond the Felt (Poker Channel, Sky, UK), Tabloid (Sundance Selects), Neon Trees “1983″, and more. She recently wrapped up the feature film “The Surrogate” starring John Hawkes, Helen Hunt, and William H. Macy.
Having worked in development with literary managers and producers, she prides herself on discovering and developing viable content and loves working with writers.
