Stephanie Sanditz is a writer/actress from CREVE COEUR, MO. (Broken Heart, Missouri), the name of her first screenplay, currently in pre-production. She has just recently finished writing the first of possibly 6 features for Greenestreet Films entitled THE MEDIATOR based on a book series of the same name,completed a feature length film-noire, MOVING PICTURE, as well as developing her own television series with Farhills Productions called SHOW ME STATES surrounding the darkly comedic world of riverboat gambling.
Acting credits include Strangers With Candy, Law & Order, Law & Order Criminal Intent, Kate and Leopold as well as numerous independent films including Hunger, Brother, The Strays, Nice Guys Finish Last, and the web series, Amuse Bouche. Stage appearances include WMM recent Buster’s Last Stand, The Case of the Golden Rose, at The Actor’s Gang, Tom Noonan’s, Paradise Factory, Broadway’s The Donkey Show, and Mac Wellman’s Jennie Richee at St. Ann’s Warehouse. She toured for a summer as an acrobat in the New Pickle Circus, is a trained kick-boxer and is a Half-Iron Man world champion qualifier.
She received a Dean’s Honors Scholar BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and was awarded a Tribeca Film Festival’s 2008 All Access Award for new voices in screenwriting.
