Neil McGowan (actor/writer) is one of the founding members of Wee Small Films (www.weesmallfilms.com), which has seen a few of its short films place in film festivals all over the world, including the Austin Film Festival (twice), the Nashville Film Festival, and the 16mm Film Festival in Italy. Neil won the 2008 Slamdance Screenplay Contest with his first feature screenplay, Numbered, now in pre-production with Upload Films. His play Tracks in the Snow has had productions in Michigan and Ohio. As an actor, he is a proud member of Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice, where he has appeared in many plays, and produced a few short ones that he wrote along with the PRT Writers Group.
